We’re back for another round of RtO. Yehey! Our schedules finally crossed. So we made this episode extra special. Yes. This episode is mostly dedicated to VN, mainly, the recently released game by the guys at 4 leaf studios. It’s one of the first OELVN that sticked its gun and made it very interesting. I’m also interested on it as well. So, interested we made one of its OST tracks as an intro for the show.
Just like Madhouse: this show took 7 years to make. Well, it only took 2 weeks to post it here.

If improvised explosives has some kind of signature in it; the dere-moe project always have podcast to talk about the event. In this very special podcast episode. Jay from Yappari desu~, sister site of the dere-moe project and yours truly, went to through the trouble to go all the way to Pasay to cover, perhaps the biggest event that happened this year so far, Cosplay Mania 2011. We can only go to day 2, since were a couple of busy men here.
Not really much of a “Roundtable Discussion”. On this week’s podcast. Achiisan and I talked about the recently concluded Noitamina season. We were both disappointed in both’s Ano Hana and C; which has a very good direction and momentum up to last episode. I also did a review of Law of Ueki, which is an Anime you would like to watch if you don’t want to think too much; or having a Bishojou overload.

On this uber delayed podcast release. I, Achiisan and TCManila went on to do an abridge take on our Toy Con experience, being with Alodia in the same building, and judging the Cosplay competition. We also discuss the second to the last episode of C and Ano Hana.

The intro for today is Karma by Kokia from Phantom ~Requiem for the Phantom~, and the Outro is M/elody by Shion Tsuji from Tokyo Magnitude 8.0.
Jay and I did another roundup coverage of the second day of Toy Con. Unlike the event the previous day, day 2 isn’t much of a chaotic bomb waiting to explode. I also got the time to go around the con to actually see what is going on in the exhibit hall. Found some interesting wears over there; but not much for a must get.
The biggest event in this day is Toy Con’s own group cosplay competition. There are interesting bands as well, like Himitsuheki and Evening Tea Time. They also had a panel discussion about the local comics industry. Something that reflects the grievances of the local artists to its Filipino brethren. This is a 2hr long podshow, hope you enjoy.

Jay (yapparidesu.tk; the dere-moe project sister site) and I went on to do this special debriefing podcast about the Day 1 of the 10th Philippine Toy Convention, that was held this last Saturday. We talk about our experience in the event, the busy body of the Anime Alliance and the back scene happening in the event. We can not also forget the 2 Cosplay Competition that happened at the same time.
We also have Alodia talks, you don’t want to miss that.

Welcome again for another wonderful edition of the Roundtable Otaku Podcast. This time however, we transiting to a complete English language podcast, just like how the Dragon Ball series did, but in reverse. So I hope our funny accent and misuse of the English vocabulary will bring an extra humor in the mix.
Sorry for the day posting of this show. I was busy preparing for the Toy coverage we just did in the past week, so I never had much time to post about the show, aside from uploading it to the server. But anyway, stay tuned for LOTS and LOTS of video and pictures from one of the grandest event of this year.

The we talk about the Toy Con Press Con that happened 2 weeks ago at EuroTel in Pedro Gil Manila. Then we get to talk about Ano Hana, Hanasaku Iroha and C: Money and Soul and Possibility.
This shows intro is Aoi Shori by Galileo Galelei from Ano Hana; outro is Comic Sonic by The Pillows from Sket Dance.
This is the last episode of the Roundtable Otakus Podcast … well for Anton, as he decided to go on an “indefinite leave of absence” to pick up the pieces to rebuild his career from scratch. I say, he’s going to a sabbatical and he’ll be back around October or November. This will also be the last podcast that we’ll be speaking in Filipino. Our next show, we will do our best to speak in full english, with matching terrible accent and mispronunciation. Look forward to that.

On this edition of the Roundtable Otakus podcast. Anton rages about the OPM-community being overly-concerned with the rise of foreign music. They want to regulate the amount of foreign content by playing more OPM music, or limiting concert appearances of foreign stars.
We also get to talk a bit on the Sai Mecha campaign. As Kuro wants his chicken to win in the voting season. So If you like Kuro, you can always vote for the Eva unit that he is campaigning. I heard its coasting along the bracket quite easily.
Beside Sai Mecha and OPM, we get to do our usual Anime weekly review. There is a lack of enthusiasm on Kuro side. Given that he’s having a migraine at the moment. We do get to speak on the usual Spring Anime. Like Ano Hana and such.
Lastly, Kuro’s recommendation brought upon Ellegarden as his recommendation.
Intro for the music is ????? OP ?? [I pray] – I don’t really have any Idea what it is. Kuro recommended me this. Outro is Mr. Feather by Ellegarden.
