Samurai X Franchise Get’s Another Manga

Great news for Kenshin fans. It looks like that Mangaka will do another Samurai X (Ruroni Kenshin to all) starting this June for Jump SQ. This will be a monthly release and the ideas for the story are still a mystery.

The seiyuu of Ao no Exorcist’s Rin Okumura, Okamoto Nobuhiko announced that he would be debuting in 2012 as a singer under Lantis music label. He’s set to appear in Kiramune Music Festival 2012. Okamoto posted a video message in which he also noted that today, October 24 2011, is his 25th birthday. According to ANN, the message will only be streamed until October 31.

Lantis carries artists like ALI PROJECT, Eri Kitamura, Faylan among others. Kiramune is also a record label, which has seiyuus like Kamiya Hiroshi and Miyu Irino as singers.

Hunter X Hunter gets an Anime Remake

According to mantan website, the latest development on the upcoming Hunter X Hunter, is decided to take on retelling the old classic with Madhouse at the helm of its making. A new cast will take over the production, and the voice talents be re-done which will be announcing at a later date.

The guys at Anime Alliance, those who brought Toy Con recently has teamed up with Cosplay Network Philippines to hold another Cosplay themed event in Fernbrook Garden at New Alabang today. But since I posted this today, it’s already late and don’t bother coming there. The event is titled Fantasy Quest and it guested by renowned Cosplayers – that is not Alodia – featuring Cosplayers from Thailand. If you are not into cosplay, then you can enjoy yourself with J-Rock bands and get to see Novus Luna who were, I think, at the Toy Con.

The author of the Hidan No Aria novel, Akamatsu Chugaku has recently posted his concern, of the finding that the DVD/Blu-ray sale of the recent Spring Anime, Hidan No Aria has not yet reached a possible – Note: Poor sales – to warrant for another season.
