I should finish my Summer backlogs so I can finally push through with the Fall 2012 post queue. First up is my entry for Kokoro Connect‘s episode 12. This episode marks how the melodrama mellowed (pun not intended), but only with the suspense to jack-up. Still brilliant writing, but I could honestly say now that the visuals’ sharpening isn’t that good, as compared to Silver Link’s production of Tasogare Otome x Amnesia and

Most of the episode dealt with solving the issues surrounding Kiriyama Yui and Aoki’s respective issues. It was amazing how this episode managed to cram their two separate stories in just a single episode, while retaining the depth, importance of the issues to the aforementioned characters. However, the melodrama has mellowed on this episode (again, the pun isn’t intended) and I sure do miss it. Episode’s end has the suspense jacked-up when we’re treated to a cliff-hanger where the best girl Inaba discovered the pattern of only Taichi not being affected by the phenomenon. This particular Kokoro Connect episode is apparently leading to a ‘finale’ in the next episode.
