Jormungand 11, 12

The person in-charge of episode-blogging Jormungand isn’t responding to my calls due to his busy life, so I’ll be completing the first-half of the episode blogs for him. Well, that was a nice ride for the first-half of this badass arms dealer series. If Sakamichi no Apollon brings out my masochistic side, this show strokes my sadistic side. No review would be up for the entire series until Fall 2012′s end. These two episodes already solidifies my earlier thoughts about this series as one of the very good, if not excellent, series of this year.

Valmet took a a time-off from being Koko’s bodyguard in order to avenge her dark and troubled past. Koko ordered Jonah to join and trail her. Meanwhile, a group of assassins tried hunting down Koko and her men. Koko also talked to Schocolade and we found out that Valmet asked her for information about the Chinese operating in the African desert. A mafia tried dealing with Koko in exchange of drugs for trucks. This didn’t go well for Koko blasted them after finding out that drugs would be the payment. Later that night, the assassins made a failed assualt against Koko and her mean, leaving the two initial attack men captured and the leader in a blackmail situation. A following day, Valmet infiltrated the Chinese oil refinery in the desert to kill every men guarding it. She also killed the leader of the Daxinghai company, and it led Lt. Karen Low in a rampage which ended up having both of Valmet and Karen shot and treated at a hospital. However, Karen escaped in a night during her recovery.
