Natsume's Book of Friends 4 4: A Letter of Thanks

The more I download the 1080p subs, the more I am convinced that it’s not anything vastly different from the 720p videos. Or perhaps my eyes adjusted to the quality of Crunchyroll. How sad. No matter how I wan’t to watch it legally, it just won’t let me. But at least, it gives me faster releases so, yehey for rippers!
Time plays its thing
Focusing on one-shot stories again. Natsume still delivers in making heart-warming stories. The core formula is there with a little tweak here an there. Although I would be happy if this were a Natsume centric episode, but the spirits delivered an equally interesting story. A bit childish, but at the same time, very entertaining. It saddens me that two different entities can’t exist as one. And that spirits are left with the agonizing experience of eternal cycle of birth and death. I find this no different with the shota fox and the fourth episode of the third season. Which I would let you guys read yourselves.
All in all. Even if we’re back in the old train, it’s still entertaining.
