Oh my, what on earth did I watch? I asked the guys at 4chan to recommend me a good anime with great story and strong well-develop characters, and this is what they gave me. Well seriously, I’m really reviewing this Anime, no really, I’m not kidding. Even though there isn’t anything to review here, except the various sex postions and how utterly thin the story is. It is a sorry excuse for something that no people in their right mind would like. But since I like this series, I guess that makes me unsound isn’t it?

On our first review of 3 pico series of OVA. Let’s start it of with the first one, where Pico gets introduce in the world of forbidden sex. How would on earth, such a pretty face boy get to manage a straight guy to turn gay and a paedophile all of the sudden. What kind of evil charm does this specimen of ambiguity has?

Oh well okay, he has the trap traits written all over her his body. In shota, I don’t really see the point of girls having penises like they want to become the next lady gaga. We got this genre called, loli that pretty much cater to those kinds of fetishes, so don’t mix things and add penis to everything. A penis is a man’s treasure and it should only be for them. Unless you are from La Blue Girl.

Kidding aside, the wonderful discovery of Pico is nothing of much grandeur to talk about. He simply lands herself himself, one hot summer afternoon butt naked in a beach from some salary/college dude, who seem very desperate to find women to have sex with. With Pico being a walking erotica that she he is, she he inadvertently finds himself in a compromising position with the college/salary dude – I meant it literally by the way. It surprises me in how many scenario presented that the environment favours their lustful endeavour. I would wonder, what kind of beach or place that seem to only have three people in it? The grandpa whom Pico is staying seems to be some kind of NPC of an RPG spewing endless ellipses, and care less on the frequent outing of his grandson with an older man. Also, how come people seem to avoid areas where they are having sex? It’s like the whole world is glorifying the forbidden union between the two and heeds everything away that will obstruct their sacred activity. Pico’s world is a unique one all right.

I will be nitt-picky here and criticize a bit on the character design. Although I accept the intention of Pico being ambiguous and confusing to its sexual orientation. Even though I can’t do anything here. How I wish Pico would rather be drawn like an actual real life feminine boy. I almost glean with happiness with him cutting his hair and seen in a boys clothes. Sadly, it seem the creators rather want to have him in a panties than in boxers. The last scene where they had sex in the public beach was a bit of an over daring even for a dare-devil perspective. But it also breaks my heart, that once Pico gets naked, my visions of a good shota faded as it reminded me of any short-haired girl. Sad.

Overall. The part where Pico asked the guy if he likes him or not and runs away is a bit out of character for him. Yes. He has character, I can’t believe it either. I would slowly sink in understanding what Pico feels form it all, but it does show a brief feeling of anger and frustration which resulted in cutting his hair. But I that he return to him without a fight defeats the tension it brings. It’s like, “hey let’s create a drama between the two.” then followed by “Oh, shoot. We don’t have time. Quick, make a 180 turn.” It would had been more better if they used it in sex instead.
